YOUR BODY YOUR PRACTICE SESSIONS
By combining different yoga styles, we have created this unique one on one practice that adapts to your own body needs. Each 1,5-hour session includes meditation, asanas and pranayamas to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Prior to the first session, the participant will undergo a comprehensive wellness assessment and coaching with a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Yoga teacher. This assessment addresses the following categories:

G. Relationships with yourself and others
Essentially “your body your practice sessions” makes your practice all about you. It’s a process of exploring your body – noticing what areas have tightness and which don’t. A process of learning how to practice by yourself for your body – not for someone else’s. It’s learning about where your limits are, and from where you can improve.

YOGA FOR BALANCING YOUR ENERGY CENTRES
This 7-session program can be done one on one or in small groups. We will explore, activate and learn about the 7 energetic centres and how these are related with our hormonal system bringing balance and health back into our bodies.
A wellness and nutrition assessment can be added on upon request.

PURNA YOGA SESSIONS
As graduated teachers from the Byron Yoga Centre we teach Purna Yoga which represents a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and the yogic personal and social code of ethics; yamas and niyamas.
The postural instruction is alignment focused. Sequences range from gentle restorative to dynamic. Blocks, belts and bolsters are available to be used to support and modify postures safely.
We seek to integrate all 8 limbs (Ashtanga) of yoga the way it was originally taught, more than 3000 years ago in India.
These sessions can be booked for a one on one modality or small groups.
